Minor deviations between the finished product and the representation on the screen are possible and technically caused. The colour deviations are within the tolerance range and therefore do not constitute a reason for complaint.
Our material is natural poplar plywood. For this reason, despite extensive quality control, natural properties such as knotholes or fibres can occur within the product. Deviations of this kind from the article picture are a sign of the naturalness of the wood and do not justify a complaint. Due to the manufacturing process, the cut edges of our lamps have a dark colouring. Our products are designed exclusively for use within closed Rooms.
